Delete Your Account

Account deletion is done directly inside the LumenVPN app.
Follow the three steps below to permanently remove your account.

⚠️

This action is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, your account, subscription, and all associated data cannot be recovered. If you're experiencing issues, consider contacting support@lumenvpn.net before proceeding.

Step-by-Step Guide

How to Delete Your Account in the App

Open LumenVPN App

Launch the LumenVPN app on your device. You'll see the Home screen with your connection status and server location.

Step 1 – Open LumenVPN Home Screen

Go to Profile Tab

Tap the Profile icon in the bottom navigation bar to open your account page with subscription and usage details.

Tap Delete Account

Scroll down on the Profile page until you see the Delete account button. Tap it and confirm to permanently delete your account.

⚠ Permanent action. You will be asked to confirm inside the app. Your account is deleted immediately upon confirmation.

🗑 What Gets Deleted

All personal data is permanently purged within 30 days of deletion.

Our strict no-log policy means there's nothing sensitive to delete in the first place.
